This card has it's share of creases, but the coloring is very nice and it's in one piece. That's good enough for me. Baseball Reference list Ginsberg as "Joe," and the back of this card makes reference to that, but neither gives any insight as to why. "Joe" beat it around the majors for parts of 13 seasons despite only appearing in a 100 or more games twice. In eight of those seasons he failed to appear in 50+ games. I can only guess that he may have been plagued by neck injuries from whiplash associated with being bounced back and forth between the majors and minors.
Stats: 13 seasons, 414 hits, 20 home runs, .241 avg.
