The back of this card mentions that Johnny worked for the Post Office during the off-season.  I'm sure he wasn't the first major leaguer to do so, but I'd be very curious to know who the last one was.

A few of these horizontal 52's have the name and logo box off-centered, and this Klippstein would have benefited from that treatment.  It'd be a nicer looking card if the box were shifted to the left and the "Cubs" logo on the jersey weren't obscurred.  In any event, it's an okay looking card as it is.
